1.Select your items

Simply click on the "Buy" buttons to add items to your shopping basket - TIP: Use the shopping basket like a notepad to add items. It's easier to delete items later than trying to remember what you looked at before

2.Confirm your order

Click on the "View Basket" button to review and confirm your order Simply choose "Go to payments", input your details and make your payment... That's all there is to it! It's so easy! No accounts, no passwords and no fuss!

TIP: Save money on postage and packaging. The postage rate per item works out a lot less on a multiple item order than on a single item order

3.Make your payment

All payments are processed via PayPal for safer shopping

No PayPal account required

PayPal checkout - No PayPal account needed: Simply add items to your shopping basket, then click on "Go to payments". This takes you straight through to PayPal who process all our payments. You do not need to have a PayPal account to checkout. You can pay by debit or credit card, *E-cheque or *bank transfer (*from certain countries - options shown on checkout). Alternatively if you have a PayPal account, you can pay using your PayPal balance. The payment will be made in full, but this does not constitute acceptance of your order at this stage. Although we regularly update our website, it is possible that we may be out of stock of some of the items you have ordered. Although this is rare, if this is the case we will send the items that we have in stock and credit the difference to your Paypal account.

Please note: We do NOT accept: Cheques, Postal Orders, Cash, International Money Orders, Non-PayPal Bank transfers, Eurocheques.

DELIVERY TIMES/EXCHANGE RATES

Delivery times
The delivery times vary depending upon the weight of the parcel and the destination. As a rough guide, standard UK deliveries for small packets takes 1-3 days from the date of despatch. We will endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible. Most orders should arrive with UK customers within 7 days. Although this is highly unusual, please allow up to 21 days for delivery.

Exchange rates/Currency converter
All items are priced in UK pounds sterling. For overseas customers this will then be converted by your credit card company or PayPal at their exchange rate. Insurance (optional)
We do everything we can to make sure your items arrive safely. We pay for extra insurance if we think it is necessary, but due to the cost we are unable to insure all parcels automatically. We use top quality packaging specifically designed for records and CD's in order to protect your items in the post. However, once the items leave us, your order is in the hands of the postal service who might not take as much care as we would hope. Although it is very rare that items are lost or damaged, for your peace of mind, you may like to insure your parcel against this. The rates are listed below.

UK recorded delivery: £0.65

Recorded delivery covers your parcel up to £30.00, requires a signature on delivery.

UK registered delivery: £2.50

Registered delivery covers parcels over £30.00, requires a signature on delivery.

Insurance (Argentina, Brazil, Mexico): £10.00

Requires a signature on delivery.

Insurance (europe, USA and all other countries): £3.50

Requires a signature on delivery. Please note: compulsory for orders to Italy.
