Insurance
(optional)
We do everything we can to make
sure your items arrive safely. We pay for extra insurance if we think
it is necessary, but due to the cost we are unable to insure all parcels
automatically. We use top quality packaging specifically designed
for records and CD's in order to protect your items in the post.
However, once the items leave us, your order is in the hands of the postal
service who might not take as much care as we would hope. Although
it is very rare that items are lost or damaged, for your peace of mind,
you may like to insure your parcel against this. The rates are listed
below. |
UK recorded delivery: £0.65 
Recorded delivery covers your parcel
up to £30.00, requires a signature on delivery. |
UK registered delivery: £2.50
Registered delivery covers parcels
over £30.00, requires a signature on delivery. |
Insurance (Argentina,
Brazil, Mexico): £10.00
Requires a signature on delivery. |
Insurance (europe,
USA and all other countries): £3.50

| Debit/Credit cards: Simply
add items to your shopping cart, then click on "go to payments". This will
take you to our payment pages hosted on a secure server, where you can
input your address and credit card details. We take security very
seriously. Your information is collected on a secure server and is
not transmitted by e-mail as this can be intercepted. We do not process
your credit card until we have your order ready for despatch. We
will only charge you for the items despatched to you. The cards we
currently accept directly are: Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro, JCB, Solo.
We also accept PayPal payments for American Express and other credit cards. |
| PayPal ("PayPal express" checkout):
Simply
add items to your shopping cart, then click on "checkout with PayPal".
This takes you straight through to PayPal. The payment will be made in
full, but this does not constitute acceptance of your order at this stage.
Although we regularly update our website, it is possible that we may be
out of stock of some of the items you have ordered. If this is the
case, we will send the items that we have in stock and credit the difference
to your Paypal account. |

Delivery
times
The delivery times vary depending
upon the weight of the parcel and the destination. As a rough guide,
standard UK deliveries for small packets takes 1-3 days from the date of
despatch. We will endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible.
Most orders should arrive with UK customers within 7 days. Although
this is highly unusual, please allow up to 21 days for delivery. |

Exchange
rates/Currency converter
All items are priced in UK pounds
sterling. For overseas customers this will then be converted by your
credit card company (or PayPal) at their exchange rate. For an indication
of the current pricing in your currency based on today's exchange rates
